Third Eye Chakra
What to wear: Indigo & deep purple
What to eat: Eggplant, blueberries, purple kale/cabbage/grapes. Also try cacao.

Affirmations: I see clearly. I trust my intuition. I follow my inner guidance system. I quiet my mind easily.
What to wear: Sky Blue
What to eat: Blueberries and blackberries. Drink warm water with lemon, raw honey, and a dash of apple cider vinegar. Try Elderberry syrup, tea, or gummies.

What to wear: Golden Yellow
What to eat: Lemon, pineapple, banana, corn, etc. Eat complex carbs and whole grains such as brown rice and oats. Make sure you're consuming plenty of fiber.
Essential Oils: Bergamot
Affirmations: I am confident. I am in control of my response to life. I am motivated.
Element: Fire. Enjoy candles, a bonfire, or some hot yoga.
What to wear: Orange
What to eat: Sweet potatoes, carrots, oranges, mangos, peaches, etc. Consume a lot of Omega 3's with salmon, almonds, and flax seeds.

Affirmations: Creativity and inspiration flow from within me. My emotions are balanced. I embrace pleasure and abundance.
Element: Water. Take an epsom salt bath. Drink lots of water and herbal tea.
What to wear: Red
What to eat: Red food: apples, strawberries, beets, tomatoes. Also enjoy protein-rich foods such as beans, eggs, nuts, and lean meats. Spices such as cayenne, paprika, horseradish, etc.
Crystals: Smokey Quartz
Essential Oils: Patchouli
Affirmations: I am strong. I am grounded. I am secure. I am powerful.
Element: Earth. Ground yourself, immerse yourself in nature, take a hike.
